Rosemary & Biotin Thickening Conditioner is a rinse-out hair conditioner made for all hair types. It combines Behentrimonium Methosulfate and Cetearyl Alcohol at 5%, Niacinamide at 2%, Panthenol at 2%, Rosemary Leaf Extract at 1% and Biotin at 0.1%, along with Argan Kernel Oil at 1.5% and Jojoba Seed Oil at 1%.

The creamy formula spreads easily, helps detangle and rinses clean without a heavy residue, leaving hair feeling soft, smooth and hydrated with a fuller, thicker look. It is free from parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalates and mineral oil.
